Office Hours

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30-5:00

Wednesdays 8:30-3:00

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early prior to a scheduled exam. Upon arrival to our office you will be asked to complete any necessary paperwork, provide your insurance card and the request slip from your referring physician.

Please note:

The technologist will have you remove any jewelry or clothes with metal closures that may interfere with obtaining a clear image.
If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant please notify the technologist before your exam.
It is important to bring prior x-rays if you have been instructed to do so.
Many insurance companies require prior authorization for certain exams. This must be obtained before you arrive for your exam. Please check with your physician or insurance company to determine if your exam requires an authorization.
Payment of any co-pays/deductibles will be expected when services are rendered.
Due to safety regulations children are not permitted in the exam room during a procedure and cannot be left alone in the waiting room. Please make arrangements to have an adult present to wait with them.

To Pick Up X-rays

Our policy requires a 24-hour notice before picking up x-rays. You will be asked to sign a release form and a member of our staff will make a copy of your driver’s license.

If you are sending someone else to pick up your x-rays you must call our office prior to their arrival to inform our staff the name and relationship of the individual that will be taking x-rays.
